Riyainfotech integrates with Meta platforms (WhatsApp Business Cloud API, Facebook Pages, Instagram) on your behalf. By connecting accounts or sending messages through our Service, you agree to:

• Comply with Meta's Terms of Service, WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy, and Commerce Policy
• Obtain proper consent before sending marketing messages to contacts
• Use only Meta-approved message templates for outbound WhatsApp marketing campaigns
• Honor opt-out requests when recipients reply STOP, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT
• Connect WhatsApp Business numbers via Meta Embedded Signup or other official Meta onboarding flows

You are responsible for the content of messages sent through your connected accounts. Riyainfotech provides tools for inbox management, automations, and template-based campaigns but does not guarantee message delivery or Meta account status.

You may disconnect WhatsApp or Meta accounts at any time from your dashboard. Removing Riyainfotech from your Facebook account triggers deletion of Meta-linked credentials. Data deletion request status is available at /data-deletion. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle Meta platform data.

8. Modifications

Riyainfotech may revise these terms of service for its website at any time without notice. By using this website you are agreeing to be bound by the then current version of these terms of service.

9. Governing Law
